Promotions are created as an extra offer to reward new and existing players within the ActionPoker Network.

The ActionPoker Network encourages players to participate in promotions, but also has the responsibility of refraining players from abusing them. Any promotion abuse that comes to the attention of ActionPoker Network may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions for that particular player or party. Our definition of abuse by a player includes but is not limited to the use of promotional offers without the player ever risking their own funds, meaning the use of questionable funds in our promotions could carry negative consequences.

• Sit ‘n go satellite tournaments will run daily, these sit ‘n go’s consist of four steps.
• Step 1 satellites are 6 player sit ‘n go’s and have a buy-in price of $0.11 + $0.01. These are turbo satellites; players begin with 800 starting chips and blinds will increase every 5 minutes. The top 2 finishes will win entry in to Step 2 in the form of 1 Copper Coin.
• Step 2 satellites are 6 player sit ‘n go’s and have a buy-in price of $0.33 + $0.03 or 1 Copper Coin. These are regular satellites; players begin with 1000 starting chips and blinds will increase every 8 minutes. The first place finish will win entry in to Step 3 in the form of 1 Silver Ring.
• Step 3 satellites are 6 player sit ‘n go’s and have a buy-in price of $1.80 + $0.18 or 1 Silver Ring. These are regular satellites; players begin with 1000 starting chips and blinds will increase every 8 minutes. The first place finish will win entry in to Step 4 in the form of 1 Diamond.
• Step 4 satellites are 6 player sit ‘n go’s and have a buy-in price of $10 + $1 or 1 Diamond. These are regular satellites; players begin with 1000 starting chips and blinds will increase every 8 minutes. The first place finish will win entry in to $20,000 WSOP 2012 Final on Saturday, June 9th 2012 in the form of 6000 Promo Bucks.
• Monthly qualifier tournaments will run on the last day of every month (up to and including May 2011) at 18h00 ET. These tournaments have a guaranteed prize pool of $1,000. The pool will be distributed amongst the top 30 finishes – the top 10 will receive their seats to the $20,000 WSOP 2012 Final on Saturday, June 9th 2012, worth $60 each, and the remaining 20 spots will share the remaining prize pool of $400.
• Monthly qualifiers will have a buy-in price of $1+$0.10 or 110 Promo Bucks. Players will receive 1000 starting chips, there will be unlimited re-buys available until the first break for $1+$0.10 (1000 Chips) and an add-on during the first break for $1+$0.10 (3000 Chips).
• The $20,000 WSOP 2012 Final will run on Saturday, June 9th 2012 at 19h00 ET.
• The $20,000 WSOP 2012 Final has a buy-in price of $55+$5 or 6000 Promo Bucks. Players will receive 2,000 starting chips, there will be unlimited re-buys available until the first break at $55+$5 (2,000 Chips) and an add-on during the first break for $55+$5 (5,000 Chips).
• The winner of the $20,000 WSOP 2012 Final will receive 65% of the prize pool, this equates to a prize with a minimum value of $13,000. This prize will be directly credited to the players poker account.
• The card room manager will contact the winner by email and/or live chat facility directly after the tournament is complete to arrange the details with the winner.
• The winner will be required to provide proof of age and residence upon request.
• The remaining prize pool will be distributed amongst the remaining top 23 finishes.
• Any remaining treasures that were used in the satellite tournaments will be converted to Promo Bucks after the completion of the WSOP 2012 promotion. Each treasure has the following value in Promo Bucks: 1 Copper Coin = 36 Promo Bucks, 1 Silver Ring = 198 Promo Bucks, 1 Diamond = 1100 Promo Bucks.
• Players are only allowed one active account. The name on a player's ActionPoker Network account must match the name on their payment method(s) used to make the deposit or the bonus will be void.
• This offer is not available to players from USA and Turkey.
• The ActionPoker Network reserves the right to limit the number of times a player may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, email address, credit/charge/debit card number, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, the ActionPoker Network reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses earned by any participant.
• By participating in the Event you grant the ActionPoker Network the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
• The ActionPoker Network may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of players or any one player to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of players to participate in promotions.
• The ActionPoker Network reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without further notice. However, the ActionPoker Network will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to the players of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination.
• The ActionPoker Network shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising as a result of any modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any liability of the sort shall be borne solely and exclusively by the end user.
• The ActionPoker Network reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time for any reason whatsoever. If upon such review it appears that a player is participating in strategies which the ActionPoker Network in its sole discretion deem to be abusive, the Company reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such players to the promotion.
