Promotions are created as an extra offer to reward new and existing players within the Chico Poker Network (CPN). CPN encourages players to participate in promotions but also has the responsibility of refraining players from abusing them. Any promotion abuse that comes to the attention of CPN may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions for that particular player or party. Our definition of abuse by a player includes but is not limited to the use of promotional offers without the player ever risking their own funds, meaning the use of questionable funds in our promotions could carry negative consequences.

• This promotion is for new depositing players only. Any player that has previous made a successful deposit is not permitted to play in participate in this promotion.
• Players need to use the bonus code "NEWBIE" (without the quotes) when they make their first deposit
• The minimum deposit amount is $10.00, the maximum is $2,500.00.
• All payment methods that show in the cashier can be used to make a deposit.
• Once a player has made their deposit and used the bonus code "NEWBIE" they will be automatically be registered for the next newbie tournament.
• This tournament will run the last Thursday of every month at 5pm ET.
• The cut off for registration in to the current months Newbie tournament is on the Monday prior to the last Thursday of every month at 00:00 ET. This means if I make my first deposit in the same week as the Newbie Tournament I will only be registered for the next month’s tournament, but if I make my deposit before the week of the Newbie tournament I will be registered in to the current month’s tournament.
• The name on a player's CPN account must match the name on their payment method(s) used to make the deposit or the prize will be void.
• Strict rules regarding player behavior during the course of the promotion will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person involved in the promotion/subsequent events attended by the winner, or any other behavior that CPN, in their sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct during the course of the promotion/winning event. If you are penalized or disqualified from the promotion/winning event as a result of any rules infraction, CPN assumes no responsibility for your entry, which may be forfeited.
• By participating in the promotion you grant CPN the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
• If a participant cannot be contacted from the information provided in the CPN registration forms, CPN reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion.
• No player may have more than one CPN account. If CPN detects a player with more than one account, we reserve the right to relocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the extra account(s). Any bonuses given to the extra account will be removed.
• CPN reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time without warning.
